What's up peeps !!! So, as I told you in the previous post, I continued the diet for another month of course. And I'm happy to tell you that the diet worked tremendously. After all I achieved the goal of 75 kg. So I must say I really enjoyed my transformation and didn't want to discontinue the diet. So I kept doing it for about, another 2 months. Then after I actually did not keep track, since it was going fine. Yes! The diet was a success, but guys I noticed something with my physique that you should know before starting the diet.  I had clearly lost my appetite. Even after the strict dieting period (after starting to increase the intake) I had no intention to eat as it wasn't the same as 6 months back. You might wonder, why worry about this. Isn't it ? Let me tell you why! Sometimes I don't even feel hungry at all. So you may think, we need to lose weight, so why worry ? Guys it's obvious Gastritis is the main obstacle we have to survive.

Hey guys! As promised in the last post, I am sharing my experience with you after 2 months of dieting 😄 Hope you could remember I started at 92.2 kg of body weight and was able to bring it down to 86 kg within a month, which accounts to a BMI of 28.4. I promise you guys, not lying but I'm now 80 Kg. That means a BMI of 26.1. So yeah! I have almost reached my goal only in 2 months. And I'm hoping to continue it for the next month also.  PS: It's not me on the photo 😂 Actually there is no any new thing to be told. Anyway let me tell you, it was a tough couple of months. But remember you cannot achieve something without any sacrifice. So yeah! the diet was hard at first, but I got used to it.  As mentioned in last post I was able to do some cardio sessions time to time in the last 2 months. However did not happen regularly. So I would suggest regular cardio sessions for even improved results. So that's all I have to share with you for the momen

Hey guys. Hope you all are well ! I do have a very interesting story to share with you. It is about the weight loss journey I had followed through for past 3 months. I assume most of the guys reading this might at least have BMI little over 25. To be honest mine was over 30, but  I did not care for it cause I never had any trouble being overweight. I played sports and had a good flexibility. But ever since, I followed some unorganized dieting schedules time to time. Most of them were not followed for long and some ended causing my body weak. Anyway later on I was keen on losing some weight and getting in shape. I wanted to go on a proper diet and continue it throughout. I met and took advises from a professional(a dietitian).  At the time I was starting the diet I was 92.2 Kg and 174 Cm(5' 8.5'') in height, which accounts to  a BMI of  30.5 After the first month through the diet I found it very tolerable and doable.
